All school volunteers are required to register for Orange County Public School’s ADDitions Volunteer Program. New and returning volunteers need to complete an online application by going to http://volunteer.ocps.net. After the application is complete click on “Search Opportunities”, search for Dommerich Elementary and select/sign-up for an Opportunity like “ADDitions – Kindergarten Classroom Assistant”.

For Boys 11-17 years old. Scouting is the ultimate form of learning by doing. Boy Scouts explore their interests and improve their skills while working toward Scouting’s highest rank: Eagle. By first imaging, planning then doing their own service projects, Boy Scouts learn the value of hard work, and experience the thrill of seeing it pay off. Add in outdoor adventures, hiking and camping, and Scouting gives boys all the experience they need to become men.
Clipping for a cause and for cash! Each box top is worth 10 cents! Our goal this year is 30,000 box tops. The class with the most box tops at the end of the year wins a pizza party. A form can be found online along with a list of Box Tops products.

For Boys 7-10 years old or Grades 1-5. Kids have fun while learning skills that will help them later on in life. From the thrill of shooting an arrow to learning how to transform a block of wood into a race car, Cub Scouts is one thrill after another. With a program expertly tailored to match each age in a young boy’s life, Cub Scouts learn that even when fund isn’t easy, it’s always an adventure. In Scouting, everything has a purpose. And it shows kids that doing their best is the most fun of all.

Community Help & Intervention in Life’s Lessons — is a free counseling program for students of all ages in the public schools serving Winter Park and neighboring communities who need help with issues such as divorce, grief and loss, low self-esteem, anger management and depression. CHILL Counselors focus on prevention and early intervention programs. There is no cost to students or families.

Legacy Gymnastics Center provides gymnastics classes that stimulate the whole child, physically, mentally and emotionally, creating champions – not just in gymnastics but also in life. Legacy Gymnastics provides training for boys and girls in gymnastics from recreational programs and classes for kids of all ages. There is also an after school program offered during the year. Karate Zoo Mobile, Inc. provides an after-school, on-campus enrichment activity for over 150 schools in the Central Florida Area! The Karate Zoo Mobile Team takes pride in delivering no-contact, child-centric classes that focuses on leadership, bully prevention, self-confidence, focus and respect. Contact for more information.
